Over the course of two years with GoPuff, I learned excellent social media management and marketing skills including engaging with peers using social media platforms Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok to inform followers of the GoPuff brand. During this time, I provided actionable insights on the social media landscape, including hot topics and market observations, while implementing influencer and guerrilla marketing campaigns that increased platform users by 20 and promoted over $1,000 in sales.

The Borgen Project

With The Borgen Project, I gained fundamental knowledge in donor relations, creating blog posts and infographics with Canva, TikTok social media influencing, market research and analytics, informational video production, guerrilla marketing, and search engine optimization. Therefore, accumulating modern marketing techniques while extatically contributing to The Borgen Project's mission to eradicate world poverty.

Paisley Parlour

From high school through college, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Paisley Parlour as I led my team of 5-10 people in customer satisfaction techniques while preparing, organizing, and hosting hundreds of customers in a single day, alongside creating beautiful physical displays of inventory and promoting the store on social media. Here I crafted marketing campaigns and developed partnerships, produced high-quality, cross-channel content, and designed the social media strategy that increased community and engagement by 130%.

PACCAR Parts

As part of my role at PACCAR Parts, I was an extremely active member of the PACCAR Parts Diversity Council and Community Giving Council where I created materials using Canva and PowerPoint, managed the collaborative website on SharePoint, and facilitated Microsoft Teams discussions to tackle challenging issues like racism, sexism, and inequality within the workplace -- discussions attended by over 200 participants across all PACCAR divisions. Additionally, I  raised $1,695 for NorthWest Harvest solely from a Gingerbread House Contest fundraiser that I designed.

Entrepreneurship

SweeTeas Cookies

As part of my Entrepreneurship capstone, I launched my startup small business through the full marketing lifecycle, resulting in thousands in profit. Throughout this process, I executed social media campaigns, including target audience and channel definition, and
built an online community with hundreds of followers in less than two months.
